About The Position

GXO is hiring a Material Handler to support warehouse and storage operations. The role involves moving materials, performing product-handling tasks, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and using warehouse technology. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; weekends may be required if needed, and overtime may run from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Experience operating material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.

Nice To Haves

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime when needed.
• One year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience using a handheld scanner.
• Positive attitude and ability to work on a team to achieve goals and objectives.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material within a warehouse or storage facility.
• Perform tasks that may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting, or counting products.
• Follow the 7S program and maintain a clean environment.
• Use a barcode scanner and warehouse management system.
• Work safely to protect yourself and team members.
