About The Position

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Material Handler to move materials, load and unload trucks, and support daily production and inventory operations. The role takes place in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment with machinery, production lines, and ongoing activity. The setting is structured and safety-focused, requiring attention to detail, clear communication, and consistent adherence to procedures. Some areas require hearing protection due to noise, and some lack heating or air conditioning, so temperatures may vary throughout the day. The employee may also be asked to perform other related duties.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read operational and quality specifications.
Excellent attention to detail.
Commitment to workplace safety and support for continuous improvement.
Indefinite U.S. work authorization; future sponsorship for work authorization is not available.
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check before the start date.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience operating a forklift or working in inventory or material handling is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
Load and unload trailers, pallets, and containers safely and efficiently.
Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished goods.
Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs.
Follow safety rules, traffic patterns, and personal protective equipment requirements.
Assist with inventory counts, staging, and general warehouse organization.
Maintain accurate documentation for material movement and storage, using scanners and other technology to track materials accurately.
