About The Position

The Material Handler supports daily manufacturing and shipping operations by moving materials and supplies throughout the facility, preparing finished products for shipment, and helping production teams meet daily goals. The role is suited to an organized, mechanically inclined person comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of forklift operating experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Good organizational and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to safe material handling and workplace practices.

Responsibilities

• Pull, verify, and deliver materials and supplies to support production needs.
• Identify, pull, pack, crate, load, and secure finished products for shipment.
• Operate forklifts to move materials and products safely throughout the facility.
• Inspect forklifts before each shift and report damage, maintenance needs, or safety concerns.
• Work with production personnel to maintain workflow and achieve daily production goals.
• Maintain accurate material handling practices and keep work areas organized.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
