As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Material Handler / Shipping & Receiving Specialist to help ensure materials, inventory, and customer orders move efficiently throughout our operation. Requirements

• Prior shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience
• Forklift certification and operating experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality standards
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to take initiative and maintain a strong work ethic
• Effective communication skills with team members and vendors
• Value accountability, reliability, and customer service
• Forklift certification and operator experience required
• Ability to learn and follow established processes and procedures
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday
• Must be dependable and committed to quality and safety

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and production items into inventory
• Process shipments and shipping transactions through company software
• Pick products and materials to fulfill customer orders
• Package products to ensure safe and accurate delivery
• Operate a forklift and move materials throughout the facility
• Support inventory accuracy and material flow throughout production
• Assist with quality control activities as needed
• Tag cues, clean shafts, and support production operations as needed
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and secure work environment
