About The Position

C&M Precision Tech is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Materials Handler / Shipper-Receiver to support warehouse operations and keep production running smoothly. The role involves receiving materials, managing inventory, preparing jobs for production, and ensuring accurate, on-time shipments. The company is a veteran-owned provider of precision-engineered and manufactured parts, components, and assemblies, supporting the Defense and Aerospace sectors from its 90,000-square-foot facility in Hudson, New Hampshire.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company and insurance requirements.
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle shifting priorities, and collaborate with production and supply chain teams.

Nice To Haves

• JobBOSS and Microsoft Office experience.
• Forklift/PIT certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and enter them into JobBOSS.
• Keep raw stock organized, labeled, and accurately inventoried.
• Prepare and distribute materials for upcoming jobs.
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and pallet jacks.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders using UPS, FedEx, and WorldShip.
• Assist with OSP items and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
• Assist with material pickup and part deliveries in the company van.
