About The Position

The Material Handler works under the direction of the Materials & Warehouse Manager, receives and reconciles the delivery of all materials; enters receipts to system; performs material handling functions in transporting, storing, stocking, and supplying material to production and shipping; capable of operating a variety of material handling equipment; and responsible for performing cycle counts and data entry for material movement; performs general housekeeping for areas assigned. The shift is Monday - Thursday: 7am - 5:30pm.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
1–3 years of experience in a forklift operating role.
Valid driver's license.
Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Responsible for receiving, unloading, and verification of all incoming materials.
Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately in the ERP system.
Assist with monitoring inventory levels and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock concerns.
Support cycle counts and physical inventory processes.
Strictly adhere to company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
Promote safe work practices, including proper equipment use and housekeeping standards.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse environment.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as required.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, operations, and cross-functional teams.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
