About The Position

Roeslein Modular Fabrication (RMF) is a key manufacturing facility of Roeslein & Associates, specializing in the fabrication and integration of turnkey modular systems for industries including beverage can manufacturing, renewable energy, oil and gas, and industrial processing. Located in Red Bud, Illinois, RMF provides a full range of in-house capabilities including structural and pipe fabrication, electrical assembly, panel building, and complete modular unit assembly. With more than 100 employee owners, 500,000 square feet of production space, advanced manufacturing equipment, and a strong commitment to safety, RMF combines skilled craftsmanship with a team-focused culture to deliver high-quality solutions safely and efficiently. This position supports production operations by receiving, organizing, staging, and delivering materials needed for fabrication and assembly activities. This role helps ensure production teams have the right materials at the right time while maintaining inventory accuracy and safe material handling practices.

Requirements

  • Ability to read blue print drawings is required.
  • Forklift experience is required.
  • Great organization skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Problem solving skills are required.
  • High level of energy and motivation.
  • Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends based on production needs.
  • Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.
  • Computer skills and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows based programs preferred. Must be able to learn and utilize company specific software such as RoesTrac.

Responsibilities

  • Verify, match, count, and kit material per customer drawings and specifications.
  • Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling and placing materials and supplies in stock, recording inventory location.
  • Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying parts required for work orders and delivers materials to the designated work areas.
  • Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
  • Report any discrepancies to team leader.
  • Material handling duties and minor general maintenance.
  • Regular attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.
  • Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements.
  • Provide personal tools according to the department tool list.
  • Responsible for area housekeeping.
  • Participate in the processes of continuous improvement including efforts to meet company smart goals.
  • Promote a positive working environment in order to achieve the organization’s goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
