Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification a plus).
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company policies.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
Accurately move materials to designated areas within the manufacturing facility.
Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting frequent cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Ensure all materials are stored safely and comply with company policies and safety guidelines.
Collaborate closely with production and warehouse teams to meet daily production goals.
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support operational excellence and safety.
