About The Position

MATERIAL HANDLER – MANUFACTURING

Flexcraft is looking for a Material Handler to support uninterrupted production by keeping machines supplied, work centers organized, and auxiliary equipment running smoothly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced floor role and a key support position for the Shift Supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced blow molding environment strongly preferred
• Comfortable using barcode scanners, pallet jacks, blenders, grinders, tape guns
• Knowledge of GMP, Lean, FIFO, and manufacturing best practices
• Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to prioritize in a changing environment
• Reliable, proactive, and willing to jump in where needed

Responsibilities

• Keep production machines supplied with raw materials to prevent downtime
• Scan materials to work orders and finished goods to proper staging locations
• Monitor blenders, grinders, and auxiliary equipment and escalate issues quickly
• Support upcoming changeovers and startups with proper materials and equipment
• Perform line clearances and ensure packaging meets playbook requirements
• Move finished goods to shrink wrap and FG staging; ensure correct labeling
• Maintain Lean, GMP, FIFO, and housekeeping standards
• Assist with auxiliary equipment setups and relieve IP breaks as needed
• Work closely with Process Technicians and Engineers to learn processes
