About The Position

As a Material Handler - Level 1 here at Intelligrated, you will play a crucial role in supporting the supply chain operations by managing material movement and inventory control efficiently. You will ensure timely and accurate handling of materials to meet production and customer demands. You will report directly to our Supply Chain Manager and you’ll work out of our Danville, KY location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the smooth flow of materials within the Industrial Automation business, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate inventory and supporting production schedules.

Requirements

• Experience in material handling or warehouse operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles and safe operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to meet production and delivery schedules.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software is preferred to support accurate record keeping.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in material handling or warehouse roles in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Receive, handle, and store materials in designated areas while maintaining inventory accuracy and organization.
• Support production and shipping schedules by ensuring timely material availability and movement.
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to transport goods within the facility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, Logistics, and Manufacturing to resolve material-related issues.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance material handling and inventory control operations
