About The Position
Westaff is looking for energetic Material Handlers to support kitting, packing, labeling, and general material movement in a light industrial production environment in the West Boylston, MA area. This is an immediate start position with a shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- Energetic demeanor
- Ability to work from verbal and written instructions
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Support light, entry level assembly tasks as needed
Responsibilities
- Perform kitting and packing of small and large parts
- Bag, box, and label materials according to instructions
- Conduct general inspection of parts and materials
- Move materials using mobile carts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Work from verbal and written instructions
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
- Collaborate effectively with team members in groups of 2–8
- Support light, entry level assembly tasks as needed
