About The Position

Team members are cross-trained on various tasks supporting production operations. The position handles materials for production and shipping/receiving, operates forklifts and reach trucks, and maintains inventory and equipment. The posted pay range is $17.55–$24.38 per hour; actual compensation may vary by location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Requirements

Typically, a high school diploma or GED is required.
No related experience is typically required.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to learn the ERP system.
Forklift license maintenance is required.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and reach trucks.
Maintain a forklift license.
Complete work orders using system instructions or verbal and written instructions.
Check schedules and machines to identify required materials.
Transport requested materials to the appropriate departments for production use or to shipping/receiving.
Sort materials to optimize warehouse space.
Maintain daily inventory records.
Report order damage to a supervisor.
Perform simple maintenance on forklift tractors, including checking battery, radiator, and oil fluids.
Maintain equipment, clean the machine, and keep the work area clean.
