About The Position

The Material Handler III position is a fast-paced shipping/logistics role focused primarily on data entry, inventory and shipping transactions, and cross-functional communication. While physical activity is required, the majority of the role involves computer-based work. Material Handler III is a fast-paced shipping/logistics role focused primarily on data entry, inventory/shipping transactions, and cross-functional communication. Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods, and rejects unsatisfactory items. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stocks, and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of related experience in shipping/logistics.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Comfortable with high-volume data entry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across departments.
• Ability to work in a warehouse and shipping environment.

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with inventory transactions, shipping schedules, and logistics documentation.
