Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant material handling experience
Strong written and verbal English language communication skills
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
Advanced understanding of ERP systems and inventory control processes
Excellent teamwork/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, both within and outside one's own work group
Demonstrate commitment and adherence to Sigma Design Core Values
Pass a post-offer background verification

Responsibilities

Mentor Material Handlers I and II on proper procedures, ERP transactions, and safety protocols.
Manage and optimize material movement and storage for multiple processes.
Oversee cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and resolution of discrepancies.
Coordinate receiving, picking, and shipping operations to ensure on-time delivery.
Analyze material handling processes and recommend improvements.
Support ERP system enhancements and advanced reporting needs.
Serve as point of contact for operational issues and continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences.
