About The Position

The Material Handler II, Receiving is responsible for ensuring products are received and distributed correctly to meet customer needs. The role performs receiving tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs), supports quality documentation and disposition processes, and helps maintain efficient warehouse operations. The position also monitors temperature-controlled warehouse locations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Typically 1–2 years of applicable experience, preferably in an ISO 13485 or regulated industry.
Applied experience using an ERP system.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Ability to learn new software programs, including the Oracle ERP system.

Nice To Haves

Experience in an ISO 13485 or regulated industry.
Experience with Oracle Cloud.

Responsibilities

Perform receiving tasks for materials in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
Create NCMRs and Process Deviations to ensure materials are properly dispositioned according to quality procedures.
Complete assigned tasks related to NCMRs, Process Deviations, and CAPAs.
Create Purchasing Specification documents to ensure requirements for proper receipts are met.
Create and maintain Receiving Label templates in accordance with SOP requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked work area.
Monitor temperature-controlled warehouse locations.
