About The Position

As a Material Handler in our Logistics Department, you will be responsible for the physical and administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of parts, supplies, equipment and cycle counts. You will prepare and maintain accurate records of items shipped/received, post weights, charges and prepare goods for shipment. Working in a team environment to segregate materials on the floor and transfer materials from the warehouse the packaging floor.

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
Ability to complete repetitive tasks such as lifting, twisting, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
Valid driver’s license.
Experience operating a forklift and other material handling equipment (dolly, pallet jack, step ladder, etc.).
3-years of related shipping/receiving experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
