Material Handler I
About The Position
The focus of this job is preparing and loading orders for Hobart domestic customers as well as serving in other capacities as required. Picking domestic orders with scan gun. Responsible for assigned domestic shipments. Including paperwork, shipping documents, loading, and unloading trucks. Be able to meet the required productivity levels. Receiving, Moving, and Replenishing products. Stock material following stock rotation policy. Cycle count inventory and some other inventory responsibilities. Must be willing to perform other duties as needed. Gather and report non-conforming material.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a valid Fork Truck/Order Picker License
- Must lift 70 lbs. + repetitively
- Must have excellent safety, quality and attendance record
- Must be a driven self-starter who requires minimal supervision
- Will need to learn D365, and other software as needed
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work overtime
- ITW Toolbox skills will be utilized
- Teamwork /communication skills required
- Cross training is required
- Must be able to manage time and prioritize tasks
