About The Position

The Role This position will support material handling activities for our manufacturing facility in Colorado Springs, CO. In this role you will Move raw materials to the appropriate workstations Complete SAP (warehouse management system) transactions Complete specified function of 6S responsibilities; specifically, sort, set in order, shine, sustain, safety Put product away physically into location and in SAP Ability to use Fork Truck and ladders safely and effectively to support daily company and department objectives Supports inventory control in conducting weekly cycle counts, delegated inventory tasks, and adhering to implemented process improvements Kit finished and semi-finished goods to specifications from orders utilizing a combination of packaging materials and instructions with a high degree of accuracy Provide accuracy and consistency in work performance Need to be capable though may not be required of driving the company truck between buildings Maintain a safe and clean work environment and maintain on-time kitting Work in a team environment The roles defined are not meant to be a comprehensive list, we are looking for someone who can demonstrates a willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization Work in a team environment

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous warehousing experience
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 40lbs daily
  • Ability to climb ladders and be on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Possess a valid driver’s license to drive company truck (no CDL )
  • Astute attention to detail to drive Safety and Quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
  • Ability to perform visual checks and handle material responsibly
  • Dependability with flexibility to work over-time and weekends to support business needs

  • SAP familiarity a plus
