About The Position

The Material Handler - Forklift Driver operates lift trucks to transport, store, rotate, and stage materials within the service center, and reviews product counts for accuracy. The role includes daily lift truck inspections, reporting equipment issues, supporting housekeeping procedures, and collaborating with the team to meet goals. Additional job-related responsibilities may be assigned. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., with overtime as required. The starting rate is $18.00 per hour, with the possibility of higher pay based on experience. The role offers hands-on experience and potential consideration for promotional opportunities.

Requirements

Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow processes and procedures.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to mount and dismount equipment.
Ability to walk, climb, and bend for periods of time.
Comfort working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of lift truck operation experience.
Lift truck experience handling heavy loads of 10,000 pounds or more.
