About The Position

The Dandori TM is responsible for moving finished goods to the warehouse. The TM ensures that the finished goods are scanned into the inventory system that RAG uses. Safety is a key factor in this role as Dandori TM. The TM will utilize an electric pallet jack, fork truck, and/or tugger to bring empty totes to presses and also transport finished goods to the proper location(s). 5S in the plant is key to our success; the TM will also maintain the empty totes area as designed to the layout. Communication is key as the TM will be working with various departments at the plant. The TM will always adhere to SWI for this role, and will learn and understand customer’s expectations. Dandori will also escalate any issues to their TL and/or supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months of material handling or order selecting or warehouse experience.
  • Working knowledge of a Zebra Carrying Case for Handheld PC.
  • Use of a scanning gun to scan tools come off the production line.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Minimal analytical, planning skills and critical thinking ability required with orientation for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage a variety of projects and tasks.
  • Takes initiative, approaches others in a positive and constructive manner, and works well independently to achieve results.
  • 100% of the time will be spent on the production plant floors walking, standing and engaged in the activities associated with the role.
  • Be comfortable with lifting, squatting, and repetitive motion.
  • Must be able to team lift a minimum of 50 pounds, 25 pounds alone.
  • Be able to work in an environment that is climate controlled but is exposed to potential heat, rain, and cold.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience preferred
  • Forklift Driver certification preferred.
  • Forklift Training assessment is available after 2 months of employment with Company.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor presses and supplied with totes and racks as required.
  • Ensure correct Kanban cards are used for product produced.
  • Ensure proper scanning of Kanban cards to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure delivery of finished goods are in proper locations.
  • Perform 5s every day.
  • Follow correct order selection process.
  • Prioritize and organize items in sequence.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
