About The Position

The Dandori TM is responsible for moving finished goods to the warehouse and ensuring they are scanned into RAG's inventory system. Safety is a key factor in this role. The TM will utilize an electric pallet jack, fork truck, and/or tugger to bring empty totes to presses and transport finished goods to their proper locations. Maintaining the empty totes area according to the layout is also crucial for 5S in the plant. Communication is essential as the TM will work with various departments. The TM must always adhere to SWI for this role, learn and understand customer expectations, and escalate any issues to their Team Leader or supervisor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months of material handling or order selecting or warehouse experience.
  • Use of a scanning gun to scan toots come off the production line.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Minimal analytical, planning skills and critical thinking ability required with orientation for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage a variety of projects and tasks.
  • Takes initiative, approaches others in a positive and constructive manner, and works well independently to achieve results.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience preferred
  • Forklift Driver certification preferred.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor presses and supplied with totes and racks as required.
  • Ensure correct Kanban cards are used for product produced.
  • Ensure proper scanning of Kanban cards to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of a Zebra Carrying Case for Handheld PC.
  • Ensure delivery of finished goods are in proper locations.
  • Perform 5s every day.
  • Follow correct order selection process.
  • Prioritize and organize items in sequence.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
