About The Position

This position is responsible for pulling, packing, and delivering all finished goods, sample orders, corporate mail, and packages. The role involves receiving, counting, verifying, and storing finished goods, as well as maintaining inventory for finished goods, including sample inventory. A variety of systems will be used to record receipts and process shipments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education, training and/or experience.
• +6 months in shipping/receiving/warehouse operations
• Must be open to supporting CTPAT & attend hazardous training as required.
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills.
• Must have good oral communications skills.
• Must have good written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• May need to operate forklift as needed – onsite training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Pulls documents, packs, and delivers all orders to Shipping. Processes all finished goods via the ShipERP shipping system.
• Receives incoming stock, verifies part numbers and quantity then stocks material on shelves.
• Processes customer returns.
• Maintains accurate stockroom inventories of finished goods and sample materials.
• Performs mailroom support to include delivery to appropriate departments, processing outbound mail with all departments.
• May prepare and maintain import/export documentation.
• Builds and processes sample kits when necessary.
• Backs up Shipping / Receiving / Samples Material handlers.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
