About The Position

This position performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Anticipates problems and works to proactively mitigate them. Reports to Site Lead (Quality Manager for advisement). The work generally involves individual case problems or supply actions. Ensures product shipped to/from the site meet all applicable 14 CFR Part 121/145 requirements. Inspects the in-bound/out-bound material for damage and proper documentation. Packages out-bound shipments by using best commercial practices. Inspects OEM or FM Form 8130-3 / certificate of conformance documentation for originality and serial number. Manage and control Government property and materials in !MOPS. Package materials for transportation, including HAZMAT materials IAW PWS requirements. Establish initial material control records in !MOPS. Requisition new or refurbished/repair assets through IMOPS. Data entry. Entering, updating, receiving, shipping and issuing of material. All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have the ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC). In order to obtain a CAC Card, qualified candidates will need to have or the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Six (6) months of inventory/supply experience is highly desirable
  • Microsoft Office experience is preferred
  • Data Entry experience is preferred
