About The Position

Argus is seeking a Material Coordinator to support the efficient flow of materials across our manufacturing and assembly operations. This role is critical to maintaining production continuity by ensuring materials are received, processed, and available accurately and on time. This role also provides backup support to the Logistics Coordinator during absences or periods of peak workload. Requirements

• experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or material coordination within a manufacturing and assembly environment

• demonstrates a strong commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Lean principles
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics AX)
• Experience with Kanban systems

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the timely receipt and processing of raw materials and production components
• Maintaining inventory accuracy, traceability, and system integrity
• Supporting Kanban and pull-based replenishment systems
• Enabling efficient material flow from receiving through to production
• Participating in Lean initiatives, including 5S and waste reduction
• Conducting cycle counts, audits, and inventory control activities
• Coordinating with production and logistics to maintain material availability
