About The Position

JP Logistics & Consulting LLC (JPLC) is seeking a full-time Material Coordinator to provide support for Picatinny Arsenal, LRC Maintenance, Supply, and Transportation services that are crucial to the installation’s mission. The position is located at Picatinny, NJ, with a start date of August 30, 2026. The core operating hours are 0700-1530 Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays, though work outside these hours may be required. The Material Coordinator will oversee all project activities, action items, and the general functioning of the project.

Requirements

Minimum five (5) years of industry experience in logistics/warehouse.
Management of at least one (1) project of similar complexity of work stated in the PWS.
Valid driver’s license from a state of the United States.
Active Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certified.
Active OSHA certified.
Active Forklift certified.
Obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).

Responsibilities

Perform all logistics coordination duties, including data entry in DPAS.
Plan and orchestrate movements of equipment and personnel to and from various locations, warehouses, disposal services, and lease facilities.
Perform warehouse logistics tasks such as inventory, issuing, transferring, and turn-in activities.
Respond to and provide customer support for customer service requests.
Provide support in the set-up and breakdown of systems and executive furniture as detailed by the respective agency.
