Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, or production environments
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to work under close supervision

Nice To Haves

• Experience with inventory management systems
• Familiarity with DoD or government-owned asset management
• Basic IT equipment setup skills
• Previous work in a production or integration facility

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials for inventory
• Stock materials on shelves and pick items for production orders
• Deliver materials to designated points of contact within the facility
• Perform cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and support asset management
• Package and ship products accurately and efficiently
• Set up and connect IT equipment for remote configuration
• Coordinate pallet shipments through receiving and distribution phases
• Support general warehouse operations and assist in additional tasks as needed
• Communicate with internal staff, including engineering, program management, procurement, and external suppliers
