This position oversees the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the MAT program, in collaboration with the MAT Medical Director, to ensure it enables achievement of organizational goals and generates the greatest value for the organization. The role involves evaluating the performance of the Nursesync (or successor) app, establishing its development roadmap, and partnering for app enhancements and staff training. The MAT Performance Leader will educate MAT physicians on app functionality, including training new hires, and oversee the success of the MAT program from both program and national leadership perspectives. Additionally, the role includes reviewing ‘not admitted’ charts to identify improvement opportunities and facilitating the implementation of the app and MAT approach for new programs.
