About The Position

We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist (MD or DO) to provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management services for children, adolescents, and adults. This is an excellent full or part-time opportunity for an innovative psychiatrist who values flexibility, autonomy, and collaboration while building a thriving outpatient practice. The practice offers a hybrid schedule (Telehealth + In-Person) with offices in Conroe, Texas, flexible scheduling, full administrative support, an established referral network, and is an insurance-based outpatient practice with no hospital call or inpatient responsibilities. You will be part of a collaborative team of therapists and behavioral health professionals.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Current DEA registration
• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable providing care via both telehealth and in-person visits

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
• Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care
• Coordinate care with therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Deliver high-quality, ethical, patient-centered psychiatric care
