We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist (MD or DO) to provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management services for children, adolescents, and adults. This is an excellent full or part-time opportunity for an innovative psychiatrist who values flexibility, autonomy, and collaboration while building a thriving outpatient practice. This position offers a hybrid schedule (Telehealth + In-Person) with offices in Conroe, Texas. It provides flexible scheduling, full administrative support, and an established referral network. It is an insurance-based outpatient practice with no hospital call or inpatient responsibilities, and a collaborative team of therapists and behavioral health professionals. Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Current DEA registration
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable providing care via both telehealth and in-person visits

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
- Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care
- Coordinate care with therapists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Deliver high-quality, ethical, patient-centered psychiatric care
