Requirements

Between 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Promotional
Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning and managing resources
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to match your field team to best represent your market.
Planning skills for managing team member' time and obtaining results

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing or similar field of study.

Responsibilities

Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training Monster Ambassadors, providing direction and coaching to ensure brand consistency.
Supervise local market operations, including equipment maintenance and asset management.
Execute regional strategies, manage goals, build partner relationships, and generate sales leads.
Identify target demographics and organizations for partnership opportunities.
Maintain inventory control for promotions and events.
Manage all event logistics, including scheduling, personnel, and permits.
Create local event schedules and assign team members.
Provide feedback on market successes feedback. Adhere to deadlines for administrative tasks including, but not limited to, reporting and recapping data for the region.
