Master's Level Clinical Therapist seeing pediatric and adult patients. This role is for a Mental Health Therapist, Professional Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist. Requirements

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.)
  • Active license (LPCC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, MFTC, or LMFT) in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
  • Proven commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.
  • Desire to work as a team with a diverse set of behavioral and physical health providers to ensure “Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing”.
  • Understanding that to best serve patients in an ever-changing world, the most effective clinicians must be able to learn, grow, and pivot accordingly.
  • Desire to do the best work of your career while developing a self-care routine aligned with patient impact and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Be a critical part of a collaborative team of behavioral and physical health clinicians committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Partner with primary care providers to deliver proven whole-patient care.
  • Provide brief, structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
  • Leverage real time data to drive positive patient outcomes, immediately understanding your impact on the patients you serve.
  • Positively contribute to an ever-expanding clinical team all committed to a new, innovative way to serve patients.
