About The Position

This position is ideal for technicians who specialize in engines, transmissions, and drivability concerns and want long‑term stability with a respected California dealer group.
Requirements
- Hyundai Master Technician Certification required or equivalent Hyundai factory credentials
- Previous dealership experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- ASE Certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair Hyundai vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Perform advanced diagnostics on drivability, electrical, engine, transmission, and hybrid systems
- Accurately document repairs and recommendations
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Assist and mentor apprentice and entry-level technicians
- Stay current on Hyundai technical training, repair procedures, and service bulletins
- Contribute to a safe, organized, and productive shop environment
