As Shop Foreman, you will serve as the technical expert and leader of the service shop, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, accurately, and according to manufacturer standards.

Requirements

  • Previous Shop Foreman experience preferred
  • Reynolds Experience Preferred
  • Extensive automotive diagnostic and repair experience
  • Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or FIAT experience strongly preferred
  • ASE Certifications and manufacturer certifications are a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Proven ability to diagnose complex vehicle concerns
  • Commitment to producing high-quality work and first-time fix results
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians
  • Assist with advanced diagnostics and difficult repair concerns
  • Ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Support technician development through coaching and mentoring
  • Help manage workflow and maximize shop productivity
  • Partner with Service Advisors and Service Management to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Perform quality control inspections and verify repair accuracy
  • Stay current on manufacturer training, technical bulletins, and repair procedures
  • Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
  • Assist in achieving departmental performance goals and operational excellence
