About The Position
Tuttle-Click Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Shop Foreman to serve as a technical leader within our service department. Requirements
- Previous Shop Foreman experience preferred
- Reynolds Experience Preferred
- Extensive automotive diagnostic and repair experience
- Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or FIAT experience strongly preferred
- ASE Certifications and manufacturer certifications are a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
- Proven ability to diagnose complex vehicle concerns
- Commitment to producing high-quality work and first-time fix results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance and support to service technicians
- Assist with advanced diagnostics and difficult repair concerns
- Ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently
- Support technician development through coaching and mentoring
- Help manage workflow and maximize shop productivity
- Partner with Service Advisors and Service Management to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
- Perform quality control inspections and verify repair accuracy
- Stay current on manufacturer training, technical bulletins, and repair procedures
- Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
- Assist in achieving departmental performance goals and operational excellence
