Requirements
- Hyundai Master Certification preferred (or equivalent advanced manufacturer certification)
- 3+ years Automotive Dealership experience, Preferred.
- ASE Certifications strongly preferred
- Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise
- Strong electrical and computer diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems accurately and efficiently
- Perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and hybrid system repairs
- Complete manufacturer warranty and customer-pay repairs to Hyundai standards
- Mentor and support developing technicians
- Maintain productivity and quality goals while ensuring a safe work environment
- Stay current on Hyundai technology, certifications, and training requirements
