About The Position

This position is responsible for the Service & Installation of Car Wash systems and other related installations. Required to establish, promote and maintain relationships with all customers, co-workers, sales representatives and others as appropriate. Capable of working independently with little general supervision.

Requirements

  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read diagrams and blueprints.
  • Basic Mathematical & Analytical Skills - performing operations in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing.
  • Proper coordination, and motor skills to work with power/hand tools.
  • Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License.
  • Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

Responsibilities

  • Performs the necessary technical services at customer sites for installation, and/or servicing of products.
  • Travel will be required.
  • Performs scheduled or emergency service on products at customer sites.
  • Trouble shoot and repair as needed.
  • Render on site and phone technical assistance to customers.
  • Capable of providing on-site training of customers.
  • STIG welding may be required for service and installation.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting according to company guidelines for expense reports, mileage reports, Field Service Reports, Service Tickets, Timesheets, etc.
  • Focuses on personal development within the work schedules.
  • Operate in a safe manner in accordance with published safety guidelines.
  • Must wear appropriate PPE as per company guidelines and in accordance with job duties.
  • Report all work related accidents or injuries within 24 hours to the appropriate personnel.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
