About The Position

The Master Service Technician performs vehicle maintenance in accordance with dealership and factory standards, building customer loyalty through dependable service and confidence in vehicle safety and reliability. The role involves completing repair orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with Parts and Service teams, documenting work, keeping current with factory technical bulletins, and participating in factory-sponsored training as appropriate. Success is measured by meeting production and Customer Satisfaction Index targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record that can be maintained.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an express/quick lube technician.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance described on repair orders efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communications.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
• Participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
