About The Position
The Master Service Technician performs vehicle maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. The role builds customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in AutoNation as a caregiver for vehicle safety and reliability. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
- Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record that is maintained.
- Passion for cars and customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as an express/quick lube technician is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance work listed on repair orders efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
- Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
- Stay current with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
- Meet targeted production and Customer Satisfaction Index goals.
