About The Position

PingWind is seeking a Master Scheduler to join our team. As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects by organizing tasks, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, and align with organizational goals. PingWind is focused on delivering outstanding services to the federal government. We have extensive experience in the fields of cybersecurity, development, IT infrastructure, supply chain management and other professional services such as system design and continuous improvement. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• PMP and/or a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III certification in Program Management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Coordinator or Master Scheduler
• 3–5 years of experience in scheduling, production planning, or a similar role.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Proficiency in scheduling software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and production planning processes,
• TS/SCI Clearance

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Balance workloads across teams and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.
• Update schedules to reflect changes in demand, priorities, or resource availability.
• Communicate schedules and changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively identify potential delays or issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation.
• Use data analysis to forecast future scheduling needs and recommend process improvements.
