About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical engineering and possess strong project management skills. This role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

  • Assist with projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from defining the production plan to closing out the project.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor production schedules, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Directly manage several fuel oil packaged systems and typical hydronic pump packages.
  • Work with purchasing and vendors to track inbound materials, expediting as needed to keep projects on schedule.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings with a solid understanding of mechanical products.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team, identifying opportunities and assisting in negotiations with customers and suppliers.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Regularly report on project status, and escalate issues to management as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
