About The Position

Seeking a Junior Project Manager to provide services for Facilities Construction and Infrastructure projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, focusing on supporting project management activities within regulated industries.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting project management activities within the Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or related regulated industry.
Bilingual: Spanish and English
Experience in construction and installation projects within regulated industries.
Experience in project cost estimation and budgeting activities.
Experience in development of business cases and project justifications.
Experience in project execution planning and scheduling.
Experience with facilities projects such as HVAC systems, electrical systems, restroom remodeling, and paving projects.

Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of facilities construction and infrastructure projects.
Prepare project estimates, budgets, and cost analyses.
Develop business cases to support capital and operational project requests.
Assist in the creation of project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
Coordinate project activities with engineering, maintenance, facilities, contractors, and stakeholders.
Track project progress, budgets, and deliverables, escalating issues as needed.
Support projects involving restroom remodeling, HVAC upgrades, electrical systems, and paving improvements.
Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for management.
Assist in risk identification and development of mitigation strategies.
Ensure project documentation is maintained and complies with company procedures.
