About The Position

Centerstone is seeking Master's-level students for a Fall/Winter Clinical Internship. This internship offers supervised training and hands-on experience in delivering behavioral health services to individuals and families of all ages. The placements are competitive and limited, providing a valuable opportunity to develop professional skills and gain experience across a wide range of diagnoses and demographics.

Requirements

Working toward a master’s degree as an LPC and within the final year of study
Interest in gaining experience working with adults, children and their families
Demonstrated history of being able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Ability to work with data; detail-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to commit to 20-40 hours a week

Responsibilities

Conduct therapy with individuals and their families who are receiving mental & behavioral health services
Take client data
Observe and participate in therapy services
Conduct individual and family therapy during time of internship
Participate in program duties to ensure program runs smoothly
