Master Plumber - Multifamily Housing
About The Position
Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a Master Plumber based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you’ll travel to our owned-and-managed apartment communities across Western Michigan, taking charge of complex plumbing repairs, routine maintenance, and helping keep our properties in top shape. You'll enjoy the stability of a direct W-2 role with full company backing, steady work, and a dedicated company vehicle. Requirements
- Valid Master Plumber License in the State of Michigan.
- Strong background in commercial or multi-family residential plumbing and general maintenance skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a standard soft credit review and background check.
Responsibilities
- Travel to multi-family apartment communities throughout Western Michigan to diagnose, repair, and resolve complex plumbing issues.
- Perform routine preventive plumbing maintenance and assist onsite maintenance teams with general building maintenance as needed.
- Ensure all work complies with state/local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and inventory inside the provided company vehicle.
