About The Position

The Master Plumber is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems across UnityPoint Health facilities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and national codes. The role serves as a key coordinator, supervising internal and external plumbing work, collaborating with architects and engineers, and maintaining thorough documentation for regulatory compliance. The role supports facility safety by adhering to infection prevention and risk management protocols while training staff on specialized systems.

Requirements

  • Required 5 year apprenticeship with passing the Master Plumber Exam
