About The Position

The Master Planning & Customer Service Manager is responsible for leading the Master Production Scheduler and Customer Service teams including end-to-end demand fulfillment process, integrating customer requirements, production planning, material availability, and operational capacity into a single executable Master Production Schedule (MPS). This role ensures alignment between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customers to achieve on-time delivery, optimized inventory levels, and superior customer experience. The position serves as the central coordinator of the sales and operations execution process, balancing customer priorities, production constraints, engineering changes, and supply chain risks while providing clear visibility of future demand and capacity requirements. Additionally, this role leads the Customer Service team to ensure proactive communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction for strategic hyperscale customers such as Microsoft and Meta.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in supply chain management, master production scheduling, demand analysis, material planning, or customer service and shipping procedures
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future

  • APICS CPIM preferred
  • 7+ years of related experience in supply chain management, master production scheduling, demand analysis, material planning, or customer service and shipping procedures

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the master planning strategy for the site.
  • Oversee the weekly and daily production schedule for the site's business units.
  • Monitor work in process quantities, finished good inventory and production plan fulfillment.
  • Balance demand, inventory and capacity constraints.
  • Accountable for driving executable production plans, managing customer commitments and ensure appropriate communication accross the organization in that matter.
  • Responsible of the Customer Service Representative department.
  • Follow up on shipments with the customer, establish shipment schedule and partner with the warehouse team to ensure the proper execution of the operation.
