About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Master Planning and Civil Infrastructure Lead for the RFP-associated opportunity Development Partner for Carolina North development at UNC Chapel Hill. This role closes a verified SOW/RTM delivery-coverage gap and owns the workstream described below.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience performing Master Planning and Civil Infrastructure Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate land use, mobility, utilities, stormwater, public realm, sustainability, constructability, and phased infrastructure planning.
• Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
• Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
