About The Position
FuntoNetwork is seeking a Metropolitan Transportation Planning Lead for an upcoming project opportunity: RFLOI FAMPO 2055 MTP AND CMP UPDATE. This role involves leading the update of the 2055 metropolitan transportation plan and congestion management, including alternatives, recommendations, and agency coordination. The Lead will confirm work-package inputs, constraints, dependencies, stakeholders, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. They will develop and maintain the role work plan, required technical or operational work products, estimates, and decision records. Execution of assigned activities and coordination of interfaces, reviews, issues, changes, and corrective actions with accountable owners are key. The Lead will verify completion against approved requirements and submit final deliverables, evidence, handoff, and acceptance records. Tracing assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence is also required. Reviewing official solicitation materials and addenda, documenting assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions are part of the role. The Lead will prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence. Coordination of interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams is necessary. Maintaining status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalating blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness are also core responsibilities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience performing Metropolitan Transportation Planning Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
- Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
- Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
