The Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc) Program Advisor at the Edwards School of Business is responsible for managing the student life cycle and day-to-day administration of the MPAcc program. This role also involves assisting with initiatives within the Accounting Department as needed. Reporting to the Director, Professional Accounting Programs, the advisor interacts with a diverse group of stakeholders including prospective and current students, alumni, faculty, staff, and various university divisions and business communities. The position operates in a student-centered, customer service-oriented environment with competing interests, multiple projects, and constant deadlines, requiring discretionary decision-making and a high level of accuracy. The advisor will also be expected to give presentations and undertake some provincial and national travel.
