About The Position

The Program Coordinator for the Pivot Program supports the effective day-to-day delivery and operations of a mission-driven initiative focused on advancing racial equity and second-chance opportunities. Reporting to the Associate Director of Program Management, this role ensures the seamless coordination of program activities, materials, and communications that directly impact the experience and success of program Fellows. The position plays a critical role in maintaining program infrastructure, including databases, classroom logistics, and operational workflows, while also contributing to continuous process improvement. This role contributes to the University’s mission around racial equity and justice. As the country’s criminal justice system continues to primarily impact low-income Black and Brown people, Pivot aims to change the local and national narrative around second-chance employment and to ensure that our Fellows are equipped with the tools to reenter society post-incarceration, and to engage Georgetown students in this work. To do so successfully, Pivot requires a team of knowledgeable and dedicated individuals whose primary focus is to deliver a high-quality program for its Fellows.
