About The Position
To provide the highest level of service pertaining to analyzing and completing building maintenance requirements for construction, alteration, painting, installation, and repairs. Assist with development of Apprentice and Journeyman. Serves as team lead for building maintenance projects as assigned by Supervisor. Works closely with other Facility teams to complete new projects, renovations as well as respond to on campus emergencies.
Requirements
- Analysis of building maintenance requirements.
- Completion of building maintenance requirements for construction, alteration, painting, installation, and repairs.
- Assistance with development of Apprentice and Journeyman.
- Team leadership for building maintenance projects.
- Collaboration with other Facility teams for new projects and renovations.
- Response to on-campus emergencies.
